An audit trail is available from the Account > Account Settings > Audit.
The audit trail displays all changes to your organization account. The audit trail tracks when each user logs in, when a device is added, changed or updated; and when a report is run and sent.
Clicking the info icon in the corresponding line of a change log will show you a table of all fields on the updated page. The fields changed on the page are highlighted and display the old value and the new value.
