Beginning in December, we will be transitioning customers to a new billing cycle. Services will now be charged at the beginning of the month versus at the end of the month.
Please note that you will see two charges on your statement in early December. One charge for November’s balance and one charge to begin the new billing cycle.
Customers that pay by PO/Invoice will not be affected.
