Delta.com Website DownOct. 17, 2013 – A quick test of Delta Air Lines’ website www.delta.com is confirming reports by the Star Tribune newspaper, CBS News and numerous other media outlets that Delta Airlines users are experiencing issues connecting to the Delta servers.

Also, in addition to the Delta website outage, media reports and testing confirms a Delta Air Lines mobile app outage. Delta users attempting to connect to Delta servers are receiving a “Delta website down” type of standard message.

The Delta website for reservations has been down previously with Delta downtime reported on 9/22/2012 as well as in July of 2012.

Website Outages – An Opportunity for Customer Service, or Additional Fees?
