Credit Card: Dotcom-Monitor® services are available on a month-to-month basis, so there is no long-term contract. Credit card billing is setup when you create a Dotcom-Monitor® account, here. Credit cards are only charged at the start of the month for services that have been delivered in the previous month.
Invoices: Prepayment is available in six-month and 12-month options and is prorated from the start date of service through to the end of the current calendar year. In cases of service termination, or configuration changes, we will provide a price adjustment. We accept checks and wire transfers as payment.

1. Monitoring Frequency - How often Dotcom-Monitor® monitoring agents run their periodic monitoring routines. For example, Standard packages are based on a monitoring routine occurring up to once per 15-minutes. Advanced, Premium, Gold, and Platinum packages are based respectively on monitoring once per 10-minutes, five minutes, three minutes, and once-per-minute intervals. Pricing includes monitoring from all Dotcom-Monitor® worldwide locations.
2. Number of Tasks - Equals the total number of tasks set up for monitoring. For example, if monitoring an ecommerce shopping cart process that has five (5) monitored tasks, plus one (1) website URL task, then the total Number of Tasks is six (6), (5+1 = 6).
3. Types of Alerts – Occurrence Fees apply to each Alert sent to certain Pagers, Phones, and SMS (noted above). Examples: A single Alert sent to a single phone subscribed to “Phone within USA” equals a $0.15 charge, five Alerts sent to two phones (10 total Alerts) equals a $1.50 charge, ten alerts sent to ten phones (100 total Alerts) equals a $15.00 charge. NOTE: The $10.99 Monthly Service Fees for certain Types of Alerts charged to Ala carte Service accounts are waived (FREE) in all Package accounts.
